I am planning to apply for Junior Engineer recruitment of Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board. I don’t know about the eligibility criteria. Can anyone of you kindly let me know about the eligibility criteria?

Candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree/AMIE/3 years diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute are eligible to apply for Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board Junior Engineer recruitment. The age of the candidate should be in between 18-40 years and age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms.

Candidate should have B.Tech or B.E or Diploma degree from a recognized university.

Age limit should be according to norms of organization.

J&K Services Selection Board has published a notice on 19th July regarding a job requirements of 30 Junior Engineer vacancies.

Eligibility details is given below,
(i) Permanent residents of J&K State
(ii) Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 40 years
(iii) Bachelor’s degree or AMIE (Sec.A&B) India or three years diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Equivalent.

Eligibility details are given below;

You should have passed bachelor’s degree or AMIE (Section A&B) India or three years diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent from any recognized institute.

You should be minimum 18 years old as on 01/01/2019.
Maximum age limit for various categories are;
For SC / ST/ RBA/ ALC/ OSC: 43 years
For PSW: 42 years
For Ex-Servicemen: 48 years
For Open Merit/Government Service: 40 years

To be eligible to participate in the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board Junior Engineer recruitment 2019. The candidate must complete Graduation/AMIE/Three years diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. The candidate should not have any pending backlogs at the time of applying for the examination.

Candidates age should be in between 18 years to 40 years and upper age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per the rule of Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board
