I'm want to join the indian army clerk post. i'm want to know about facilities in the clerk post & what are the process of the clerk

Training and all the things will be similar for Indian Army clerk post. Salary will be according to the rank. Clerks come under tradesman category, therefore, they get salary which other tradesman get. Other facilities like medical facilities, ration, clothing, TA, DA, HRA are given at same rate to every government employee.

Hence, if you get any post in Indian Army, it will be far better than any lower level private job because you get so much facilities from government. It is one of the most secure jobs in Indian Army.
