I want my documents to be attested by gazetted officer of grade 1. So please tell me which officers comes under Grade 1?

An officer who is appointed under the seal of Governor state or by president of India at the National Level, requires being listed in the Indian Gazette or State Government Gazette and is considered to be a Gazetted Officer.

List of officers which comes under Gazetted officer grade 1:
--Police officers of rank or above SP
--Chancellor/ Vice Chancellor of state/ central University.
--Engineers of Executive ranks
--Director, Joint Director, Executive Director
--Secretaries
--group A officers of state civil services

**There are some other gazetted officer grade A too. So you can attest your documents from any of the above mentioned officers.
