Could you please elaborate on growth of Junior Technical Officers (Gr-B, Gazetted, non-ministirial) in ministry of defence, both in terms of remuneration & promotions?

Junior Technical Officers (Grade B, Gazetted, Non-Misterial) Terms of Remuneration and Promotions:

There are several posts after completion of Junior Technical Officers. Here is the pay scale offered for the post of Junior Technical Officers (JTO).

Pay Band - 3

Rs.15600 to Rs.39100 + there will be a grade pay of Rs.5400/-

In general, JTO is executive nature and after JTO, you will be allocated for the post of Sub Divisional Engineer.
