Can D.C.P and D.C post is same?....please tell me if its the same

The meaning of the abbreviation D.C.P. and D.C. may be different in different state
but these two are not at all same.

DCP generally means Deputy Commissioner of Police
DC means Deputy Commissioner or District Collector.

The former post is filled by an I.P.S. officer
and the later is filled by an I.A.S. officer.

The joining to both the services are done through Civil Services Examination but
once you join IAS/IPS cadre, you can't change it at a later stage without reappearing
the exam.

DC means Deputy Commissioner .

you can join DCP post by giving IPS exam
for DC;
you should apply IAS exam.
both are civil sevice examination.
