I have lost my SSC CGL Roll Number. Kindly tell me from where can I find it if I have registration Id? Please let me know as soon as possible.

How to retrieve Lost Roll Number of SSC CGL Examination:

Generally Roll Number is used only in the examination and used to view the result. The minimum pre-requisites required to download its admit card/ Hall ticket are,
* Registration ID
* Date of Birth
(or)
* Name of the Candidate
* Date of Birth

Soon after entering the above mentioned details, you will be getting your Admit card which contains almost all the details such as Name of the Candidate, Date of Birth, Category, Roll Number, Registration Number, Address for Communication and more. This way you can actually get your lost roll number. Even if you did not retrieve through the above said method, do the following process. As you said you have registration ID and Date of Birth and Name of the candidate details, I suggest you to contact the concerned Staff Selection Commission. So that after telling your registration ID and Name of the examination, probably you may get your lost Roll Number.

SSC CGL stands for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level examination. Application form last date for 2016 is over now, it was 12th March, 2016. Admit cards for SSC CGL 2016 examination will be released in month of April, last week.

It means that roll number has not yet been generated for any candidates. If you have registration ID then keep it with you and when admit cards are available, you can put registration number and date of birth on official website of SSC that is http://www.ssc.nic.in, from there you can get admit card as well as roll number.

You can get it through your email inbox if you have entered a valid email during application. If you have deleted the mail then it will be difficult.

Normally, after registration you can save the PDF copy if application for future reference. If you have not done this then you have to contact SSC regional office.
