Re: For how many times can SC candidates appear for AIEEE exam?
AIEEE stands for the All India Engineering Entrance Examination but now there is no examination as AIEEE it is known by the JEE examination. JEE examination is conducted for the admission of the candidates in the B.tech/B.E courses in the different government institutions.
The examination is conducted in the two stages as Mains and the Advance. The Mains is as like as AIEEE through which candidates are eligible to get the admission in the institute other than IIT. The maximum attempt to appear for the Mains is three. So candidates can appear maximum for three attempts there is no special relaxation for the reserved category candidates on the number of attempts. The application form for the examination is available in the month of November. For more details visit at the www.cbse.nic.in. |

Re: For how many times can SC candidates appear for AIEEE exam?
Dear one thing I must share you is there are limited number of attempts for every candidate. There is No restriction based on the category.
But there is a relaxation in terms of percentage. It is only the relaxation available for reserved candidates. Coming to the Number of attempts " 3 attempts " for each candidate. And It should be like in consecutive year. That is the main criteria. |

Re: For how many times can SC candidates appear for AIEEE exam?
You can appear for the maximum for three attempt for the Mains and the two for the Advance stages of the JEE. There is no AIEEE now. So to get the admisssion in the IIT, NIT and other government institute for the B.tech/B.E candidates have to qualify in the JEE examination.
The required qualification to appear for the examination is candidates must have passed or appearing in the 10+2 board examination from a recognised board with the PCM as core subject. The candidates can appear for three attempts for the Mains and two for the Advance. There is no relaxation for the number of attempt but there are relaxation on the cut off marks for the different category candidates. |

Re: For how many times can SC candidates appear for AIEEE exam?
AIEEE stands for the All India Engineering Entrance exam. This entrance exam for undergraduate course in engineering was conducted earlier by the Central Board of Secondary Education but is now replaced by the Joint Entrance examination.
Joint Entrance examination has two stages called JEE Mains and Advanced. JEE Mains is equivalent to AIEEE. Any candidate who has passed 10+2 with PCM subjects can apply for this exam. There are three attempts for candidate of any category in JEE Mains and two consecutive attempts in JEE advanced. For example if you have passed 10+2 in 2015 then you can appear for the JEE mains in 2015, 2016 and 2017 whereas for advanced only in 2015 and 2016. respectively. |

Re: For how many times can SC candidates appear for AIEEE exam?
AIEEE stands for All India Engineering Entrance Examination.Earlier AIEEE was held for the selection of education for Bachelor of technology / engineering course from good engineering colleges like NITs and other top private engineering colleges.
But from 2012, the same examination does not exists rather it has merged in to a single entrance examination called as Joint Entrance Examination held for selection of student for their technical courses from top government engineering colleges as well as top private engineering colleges. JEE is held by Central Board of Secondary Education once every year in two stages called as JEE Mains and JEE Advance respectively. --> For appearing in the JEE Mains one needs to have the qualifications mentioned here under :- * You must have done your higher secondary school degree or pursuing the final year of same with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your main subjects with at least 50% aggregate in each from a recognized board of education. * Your age must be within 17 years to 25 years by the 31st December of that year in which you are appearing in the same examination. --> But for appearing in the JEE Advance you need to first clear JEE Mains along with that much percentage of aggregate in your 12th board such that you lasts among the top 20 percentile students of your respective board. The maximum attempts provided for clearing the JEE is three consecutive attempts including the year in which you have appeared in your 12th board examination for all category candidates. For more information regarding the same examination you can log on to the links www.jeemain.nic.in or www.cbse.nic.in. |

Re: For how many times can SC candidates appear for AIEEE exam?
The full form of AIEEE is All India Engineering Entrance exam, you must know that this exam not conducted now. In place of this entrance exam, Joint Entrance examination is conducted by the CBSE every year.
JEE has two stages: 1. JEE mains. 2. JEE advanced. JEE mains is equivalent to AIEEE and rank obtained in this exam is used to get admission in engineering colleges like NIT, IIIT and other government and private engineering colleges. There are only three attempts for candidates of every category in JEE Mains. One in the year in which you appear for 10+2 exam and other two in next consecutive coming two years. |
