I have completed my Intermediate with 80%, now I am doing B.Tech Eletrical Engineering 6th semester. Am I eligible to apply for government jobs? What types of jobs are preferable for women in Government?

Yes you are eligible for government jobs being a final year student of B.TECH in Electrical Engineering. Some of the job titles that belong to Electrical Engineers are:

After B.tech you can apply for the post of Assistant Engineer in Genco and in Transco.

1. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering: Secure good ranks in top 200, you will get chance to work in Public Sector Undertakings.

2. For Defense sector, entrance exam is Combined Defense Services.

3. Air Force Common Admission test.

4. Civil Services examinations.

5. NPCIL entrance exam.

6. BSNL JTO entrance exam.

You can go for entrance exam as per your wish.
