Job roles of Clerk in Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank Limited?


Hello Sir, I would like to know about the job roles for Clerk. I am going to apply for the same post in Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank Limited recruitment. Please let me know about the job roles.

There are various job roles of clerks in Ahyudaya Bank because you must know that clerk staff is the chain between officer and customer so you have to manage both sides at the same time by performing duties which are :

>> Printing of Passbook/ Statements and other Ledger Inquiry.

>> Opening of various, Savings, Fixed Deposits, Current, Recurring Deposit Accounts.

>> Transfer of Funds through banking channels such as NEFT - National Electronic Funds Transfer, RTGS - Real Time Gross Settlement.

>> Cash Management means cash handling, payments and receipts from customers.

>> Collection of Clearing Cheques, Outward and Inward Cheques and Bills and lodge them for clearing.

>> AADHAR and Mobile Number Seeding of Customers and related service as per demand.

>> Entry Level Management of daily routine work means passing of cash payments, cash receipts, local funds transfer in same bank.

>> Insurance related work means any government insurance or pension schemes then clerk have to canvass.

>> Monthly payment of TDS of the branch and any regular scheduled funds transfer if any request from the government.

>> Consulting with customers and solving their various queries related to your duties.

>> Issue of ATM Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Cheque Books as per order of the higher authority who is Accountant or Manager.

>> Taking of E-KYC of customers as per order and request by new customer and opening of frozen or inactive accounts.

>> Changing of any detail or information requested by customer in his/her account on time by receiving proper relevant documents.

>> Remittance of Cash from one branch to other branch or one bank to other bank means if your branch need the cash then you have to go to other branch of your bank of branch of any other bank for cash with letter signed by Manager.

>> If any query which can not be solved then refer to the higher authorities and lodge the complaint to management.
