Hello everyone, Can someone please tell me about the pay scale of Clerk in Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank Limited? I am interested to apply for this post so I want to know about the pay scale. Waiting for your reply.

Being a Clerk in Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank Limited, you can get a salary of Rs. 10,000/- per month while you are on training period.

After completing the training you will get a salary of around Rs. 20,000/- per month in addition with other applicable allowances.

and Other allowance are also applicable. They may include Conveyance allowance, medical allowance, Contributory PF, LTC, Leave Encashment, Medical Reimbursement..etc.,

The Pay scale for clerk post in Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank Limited is Rs. 325 20/5 425 25/5 550 30/5 700 35/6 910 40/6 1150 45/5 1375 50/5 1625 (37 years).

The Consolidated pay of Rs.10,000/- p.m. will be paid during training period of six months. Thereafter on successful completion of training period the candidates will be placed on probation when Approximate Gross
emoluments at the minimum scale of pay is Rs.19,858/- (as April, 2018) plus other allowances applicable
such as Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, etc., and other benefits such as Contributory PF,
Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, LTC, etc.

Abhyudaya Co-operative bank clerk recruitment has been held this year by the bank and as per notification of the bank the clerical staff of the bank will receive salary as following :

A newly appointed clerk in Abhyudaya Bank will receive salary around 20,000/- per month and other expenses paid to the clerk are HRA, Local Conveyance etc. which are around 3,000/- per month so the total salary of the clerk will be around 23,000/- per month.

This will be the gross salary of the newly joined clerk in Abhyudya Bank but after deductions such as PRAN deduction, insurance, union subscription fee etc. so the salary in hand will be around 20,000/- only per month.

Salary is good but you must understand that there will be no much work load at clerical level you just have to complete 8 hours of your duty every single day then pick your bag and go home so it is good enough for a candidate residing local in the city or state and working as clerk in bank.

At this post you may be given any type of duties which are Cash Management, Front Desk Management, Entry Level Routine Work such as Opening of Accounts, Funds Transfer, NEFT/RTGS, Fixed Deposits and other Deposits, Insurance, Monthly TDS of the branch, Printing of Passbooks/ Statements etc. so you have to fulfil all your duties given in time then you may have good future.
