Public Service examination is conducted for recruitment of officers within state. The examination is conducted by state education board.
The common required qualification to appear for examination is candidate must have passed degree from any recognised university with minimum passing percentage. So, you need only bachelor degree to appear for examination but have to qualify in all stages of examination for final recruitment for final recruitment for jobs. |

There is no need to have better aggregate in bachelor or any course to appear for Public Service Commission examination.
So, you can appear for examination after completion of your bachelor degree in technology. The age limit to appear for examination varies for different state. So, you can visit the official website to get the more information about examination. The examination is conducted in three stages and candidates have to qualify in all the three stages of examination to for final recruitment. |

Minimum Percentage Required to appear in Public Service Commission Examination:
Basically there is no such percentage criteria required in order to appear in Public Service Commission based examinations. The only criteria you need to meet is "Graduate Degree" or a Bachelor Degree PASS from a recognized university. Public Service Commission basically consists of >> State Public Service Commission (for AP state it is APPSC) >> Union Public Service Commission (India wide it is UPSC) The minimum qualification required is given as follows. Candidate must hold a degree of any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions. Candidates who are appearing in the final year of Graduation are also eligible. As there is no percentage criteria, I suggest you make sure you pass B.Tech successfully. But make sure you secure minimum 60% aggregate in B.Tech to be in safe side. |
