The qualifications required to apply for the Junior Engineer (Civil) recruitment in the Odisha Staff Selection Commission are given below:

Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Civil Engineering conducted by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training or equivalent qualification from any institute recognized by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training

Candidates must have studied Odia as one of the subjects in the HSC or passed an examination in Odia equivalent to M.E standard or passed in Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class VII

Candidates should be a citizen of India and should be able to read, speak and write Oria
