Sir, I was appointed in a college as a Jr.Steno. on dt. 01 Dec.2008, my probation period was for one year ie. 01 Dec. 2009 ,when I was appointed on above dt. my shorthand speed was 80w.p.m but after Two year means in Nov.2010 I had qualify the exam of 100w.p.m. exam. Is their any extra increment to me after qualifying the exam of 100w.p.m. or any increment in grade pay because after 6pay commission my grade pay is 2400. So, Please inform me. I am awaiting your reply. I am not getting proper guidance from any one. I am a SC candidate

In government organisation, you will get pay according to the rank and designation. There is no special increment for extra speed in typing.

You can get promotion according to your long term experience and performance during your service.
