I have completed B.Pharmacy and looking for job in Bihar Drugs & Organic Chemicals Limited. Please tell me is there any vacancy? How they select?

You can apply for job, when there is a notification by the company. Selection at most of the government sector companies is based on performance in the written exam and interview.
