Hi everyone, I want to get admission in Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur for the course of MBBS. Please tell me what is the procedure for admission of this course in this university? Please tell me asap.

The admission procedure for MBBS course in Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur is as follows:

1. Eligibility criteria:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects from a recognized board. They must have also scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination.

2. Entrance exam:
Candidates must appear for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). They must score the minimum qualifying marks in NEET to be eligible for admission.

3. Application process:
Candidates must apply online through the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh. They must fill in all the required details in the application form and submit it along with the necessary documents and application fee.

4. Counselling:
The counselling process will be conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh. Candidates who have qualified NEET and have applied online for admission will be eligible for counselling. They will be called for counselling based on their NEET score and rank.

5. Seat allotment:
After the counselling process is over, seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their NEET score and rank, and their preference of colleges and courses.

6. Document verification:
Candidates who have been allotted a seat must report to the institute for document verification and admission formalities. They must carry all the necessary documents in original along with their photocopies.

7. Admission fee:
Candidates must pay the admission fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat.
