There is no minimum percentage criteria required to pursue BBA course in USA. But, it is best to have at least 60% aggregate marks in 12th standard to get admission in best US universities for pursuing BBA course. Since, you have 40% aggregate marks in your 12th standard, I suggest you to reappear in Improvement examinations and improve your percentage. If you got admission with the percentage you have secured then, you can apply for Visa and the chances of getting visa or not depends on your performance in the Visa Interview.

After completion of 12th standard, you can apply for BBA course in USA. BBA course doesn't require any percentage marks in 12th board.

But you should qualify in GRE and TOEFL exam.

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA or B.B.A.) is a bachelor's degree in business administration. In the United States, the degree is conferred after four years of full-time study in one or more areas of business concentrations.

If you want to get admission in BBA then the eligibility criteria differs from the college to college. But in a highly reputed college the minimum marks required are 60%. Thus for the admission in BBA in a reputed college, you need to study dedicatedly in such a way that you will score more than 80% marks.
