Am I eligible to apply for B.Tech Biotech course after completion of 12th without mathematics? Can you please tell me where can I apply for the graduation course? What would be the criteria followed? Awaiting for the response.

I am sorry to say that you cannot apply for B.Tech in Bio-Technology without having studied mathematics at your +2 level as maths is a compulsory subject to have studied at +2 level.

One should have studied PCM at their +2 level from a recognized board in order to be eligible for the course.

No, you are not eligible to apply for B.Tech Biotech course without studying Mathematics subject in your 12th standard. To be eligible to get admission study B.Tech Biotech course, you must have studied Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology as one of the optional subject from a recognised board. Since, you have not studied Mathematics subject in your 12th standard, you are not eligible to apply for B.Tech Biotech course.

Yes, you can study the course only in Amity University (Amity Institute of Biotechnology). The eligibility to study the course is a pass in Class X & XII with minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics /Physics, Chemistry & Biology. The duration of the course is 4 years. In other institutions like Sathyabama & Manipal University, Mathematics is compulsory for doing B.Tech in Biotechnology.

No, you are not eligible for B.Tech in Biotechnology because your 12th standard subject is not mathematics.

If you have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks then you are eligible for B.Tech entrance exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

To pursue B.tech in biotechnology there are few conditions that you need to full-fill.
1). You must have studied PCM(Physics, Chemistry & Maths) in your intermediate with at least 50% marks in it from a recognised board.
2). You also must be passed in English subject.
3). Your age must lie between 17 to 23 years.

Since you have not studied mathematics in 12th standard you are not eligible to pursue B.tech in biotechnology.
