I have completed my graduation.. but I want to do LLB 5 years programme from now.. M I eligible for the same? will my graduation marks get counted? Can you please give me the right information on this? It will be helpful fi you can provide me the answer soon.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue 5 year LLB course after the bachelor degree. The eligibility to get admission in 5 year B.A. LLB course is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board.

So, you are eligible.

But, there is no advantage but there is a loss of two year while pursuing the course instead of three year LLB course as you have completed your bachelor degree.

LLB stands for Bachelor of legislative law which is a professional degree course after completing which you will become a lawyer.

Basically, on the basis of duration of course and minimum educational qualification required for the same course LLB courses are of two types which are as discussed below :-

* Type I) LLB Course of five years :- offered to students having completed their higher secondary school degree from a recognized board.

Since you are interested to go for LLB 5 Years programme then for pursuing the same from National Law Universities of INdia you will have to appear and qualify CLAT ( Common Law Admission Test ) which is held by different NLUs once every year following a rotation policy.
