Re: Which branch should I opt for out of these and why?
Every branch or streams have their own importance and cannot be forced upon anyone. So to select a stream the main thing is you should know them properly and compare their topics or fields of coverage with your interest. Then you can know which is better to opt for. Like if you are good in mathematics and Mechanics then Mechanical, Manufacturing Process and Automation, Automobile engineering is suitable choice for you. If you like coding and computers then IT and Computer Science is suitable for you. So try to go though their scopes and then select a stream for you. In first year of engineering you will be taught all the subjects and will be given another chance to select your stream of interest. So just select a good college having good faculty and placement facility. By this you can choose a stream of your choice without fearing about your career mishaps.
