I have pursued graduation from open university after 10th. I have no 12th passing certificate.

Civil Service examination is conducted by UPSC.

The eligibility is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. So, if you have passed from a recognised open university than eligible for appearing in the examination.

The age limit is 21-32 years. Relaxation for reserved category. For more information visit at www.upsc.gov.in.

Graduation without 12th or equivalent qualification is not valid.

So, if you have not any other equivalent qualification than not eligible to appear for the examination.

The minimum educational qualification required to appear in civil services examination that is conducted by Union Public Service Commission is graduation in any discipline from a recognised Institute and University.
If you have completed your graduation in any discipline from a recognised Institute Or University then you are very much eligible to appear in an IAS examination.

Yes, you can appear for IAS exam.

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services. IAS exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

If you have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University then you are eligible for IAS exam. This exam doesn't require any percentage marks in graduation degree.

Age criteria:

For General: 21 to 30 years
For OBC: 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST: 21 to 35 years

No. of attempts:

For General: 3
For OBC: 7
For SC/ST: No Restriction
