As I could not take up my semester exams as I was not well n had travelled abroad for 5 years n now am back from abroad can incomplete my education in graduation now? I wanted to complete my Graduation somehow. So, can you please tell me what needs to be done to ensure that I can complete?

Yeah, you can finish your graduation course through distance education. Even you can apply for degree course through full time course. There is no issue on it. If you are wiling to go for the Job then distance education is best choice for you. There are plenty of universities offering the distance education.

I am a student of llb 3 years from pune university. I have completed my 2 years but i want to take a gap. My pattern is 2013 pattern. Within how many years can i complete my 3rd year ?

You can do graduation at any time there's no any age limit

Yes you can complete graduation any time gapping doesn't matter for any course.you must do graduate in 5years gap.
