Those who have completed graduation or post graduation in any stream can pursue three year L.L.B course in any institute after qualifying the concerned entrance test. After obtaining the L.L.B degree, one should complete their mandatory internship as specified by the institution. Then they should practice as an advocate for minimum three years. Then only they can obtain the notary license to become an oath commissioner. They should apply for the license before five years of practice.
