If you fulfil the eligibility criteria for CET medical then surely you can apply for it. You must have studied 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology subjects to become eligible for medical entrance exam. If you are interested in a medical seat then be prepared for it and you have to leave your engineering studies for getting admission in MBBS. Admission is purely based on the performance in the CET. Hence, be prepared for the exam and don't worry about the eligibility criteria.
