Career options and salary scales after completing B.Sc psychology? Can you please give me the right information on this? I wanted to have a better future and for this I need to know the complete details on the same. Awaiting for the quick response. Thank you!

After completing B.Sc psychology you can do higher studies like M.Sc, M.Phil, Ph.D etc.
Other wise you can get job as : 1. Clinical Psychology 2. Counseling Psychology 3. Health Psychology 4. Teaching and Research 5. Industrial/Organizational Psychology 6. Sports Psychology 7. Agency/Community Counseling 8. Educational Psychology 9. School Counselling 10. School Psychology 11. Social Work You can get basic salary with Rs.6,000-15,000 per month and higher also , it will depend on your talent. |

B.Sc psychology is a 3 years graduation degree course. After completing this course you can apply for jobs for the following positions in different sectors:
> Social Worker > School Psychologist > Neuropsychologist > Career Counsellor > Educational Psychologist > Forensic Psychologist > Recreation Worker > Research Psychologist > Health Educator > Rehabilitation Specialist > Psychiatric Technician > Clinical Psychologist > Development Psychologist > Public Statistician > Child Support Specialist > Child Care Worker etc. In the beginning stage the salary of a psychologist may range from Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 18,000/- per month and gradually it will keep on increasing depending upon the work experience and performance in the field. |
