Yes, of course commerce stream candidates are eligible for Bachelor of Design course. Any stream candidates are eligible for Bachelor of Design course. After completing 12th Commerce stream, you can apply for B.Sc (Fashion Designing & Apparel Making)

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have passed 10+2 in any stream with 50% from a recognized university. Applicants appearing for 10+2 during 2015 may also apply.

The admission to the Bachelor of Design course is based on the written exam conducted by the respective university.
