First of all learning MS Office and Excel will be a good option because most of the office work is done on these platforms only. Also, good typing skills with accuracy is required.

These days Hindi typists are also in demand. Therefore, he should first start with the fundamentals.

--- You have so many computer courses that you can pursue without any restriction to minimum educational qualification.

--- Some of good computer courses are basics of computers, designing software like Auto CAD, pro-e etc.

--- You can learn the basic courses and start teaching the same at your home.

--- Its a good career option for you being a handicapped person.

There is nothing like a wheel chair bound person is not able for a computer course.

It is great to see that your brother wants to study further.

He can do any of the diploma or degree in the Computer Science and get a suitable job for him.

If he has the determination, no disability can stop him.
