Can i join LLB course after completion of diploma in engineering? and what is d duration to complete llb course?its 3 years or 5 years?

No, you are not eligible to pursue LLB course after completion of your three years Diploma course. Only candidates who have completed 12th standard or equivalent in any stream from a recognised board are eligible to pursue LLB course. Candidates who have completed 12th standard and those who wish to get admission in LLB course need to appear in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). By qualifying the examination, the candidate can get admission in LLB course. Since, you have not completed your 12th standard, you are not eligible to pursue LLB course.

I have done full time diploma (3 years ) after completing 12th. Can I apply
for LLB from a recognised university.
