i have finished my diploma in mechanical engineering with distinction marks..
i am confused that whether i can able join BE in IIT colleges?
And if not which are the top colleges that i can join..?

No, you are not eligible to apply for B.E Programme in IIT being a Mechanical Engineering Diploma holder.

To get admission in B.E Programme in IIT, you must have passed Intermediate course with MPC stream and must have qualified and secured good rank in JEE Main and Advance examination. Since, you have studied Diploma course, you are not eligible to apply for B.E Programme in IIT.
