I have complete graduation with bengali hons from netaji subhas open university. I want to complete another graduation with any hons subject.is it possible?

Sorry, it is not possible to do graduation in both subjects at the same time. If you want to do double graduation then you have to apply one by one. It is not possible to apply both subjects for graduation.
If you want to apply for one subject as distance learning and one regulat then it is also not possible. There is no way to apply both subjects at the same time.
