Candidates with minimum passing aggregate in bachelor degree are eligible to appear for the examination.
So, if you have passed bachelor degree than you are eligible to appear for the examination. Examination is conducted in various stages. So, you need to prepare for the examination and after qualifying in all stages become eligible for final selection. |
