Pls tell me the age limit for RAS exams for general cetegory.

RAS Exam is conducted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission.

Age limit:
To be eligible for the exam, you must be a graduate within the age limit of 21-35 years.

The maximum age limit is 40 years for candidates belonging to Sc/St/OBC category.

The maximum number of attempts allowed for Rajasthan Administrative Service Exam is 3.

dear sir /madam,
i appeared in second grade teacher's exam conducted by the rpsc in december 2011.my catagory is general women, dob is19-6-1969.after calculating the special relaxation of two years[mentioned in rpsc advertisement ]am i eligible ?

DETAILS OF RAS Exam :

age limit :

For the General Category : 35 years
For the OBC Category : 38 years
and for the SC/ST Category : 40 years

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Graduation from any dicipline from a recognised university
and also got minimum 50% marks in corresponding examination.

Pattern of the examination :

The examination is completed in two phases ::
1.Written examination
2.Interview

Procedure to Apply :

Application Fee : Rs. 250/- for General CANDIDATE.

After graduation you can apply for R.A.S exam.
I.A.S exam is conducted by R.P.S.C once in a year.

Age should be in between 21-30 year. For ST/SC candidate age should be in between 21-33 year.

R.A.S EXAM IS JOINED BY P.S.C. FOR THE R.A.S EXAM REQUIRED AGE OF GENERAL CATEGORY :-
GENERAL CATEGORY MINIMUM 21YEARS AND MAXIMUM 35 YEARS.
BUT THE WITHOUT CONSIDERED CATEGORY GIVEN SOME AGE RELAXION.
O.B.C/S.T/S.C CANDIDATE MAXIMUM 40 YEARS
