We cannot say about the exact minimum marks required in JEE Main to get admission to study B.Tech (CSE) in NIT for an OBC candidate. The minimum marks required for an OBC candidate to qualify JEE Main examination is 70 marks. To get admission in NIT being an OBC candidate, you need to score at least 180 marks or more in JEE Main examination. Whether you can get admission in NIT or not depends upon the rank you have secured in JEE Main examination.

It is not fixed since admission depends upon cut-off which varies every year. But, generally you should have score > 200 for getting into NIT.
Apart from NIT, there are other better institutions where also you could get quality education, such as:

Delhi Technological University (DTU)
Lovely Professional University
College of Engineering (COE) , Pune
ICFAI University
Institute of Technical Education & Research(ITER) ..... etc

All of them have got better education facilities and infrastructure. For detailed info. regarding eligibility criteria and admission process, visit their website.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
