Indian navy is one of the wings of our defence. It has been protecting our mother land from a very long time. It is one of the most responsible units of our defence. It is respected for its enthusiastic and commendable work.
Job profile: The candidates will be responsible for managing and controlling the air traffic and they will also be required to control various air crafts in the Indian Navy.
Eligibility: A candidate must be between the age of 19 and 25 years (born between 02.01.85 and 01.07.90). A candidate must have a minimum height of 157 cm (for males) and 152 cm (for females).
Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a B.Sc degree in Physics/Maths/Electronics with minimum 60% marks OR an M.Sc in any of the above stated subjects with minimum 55% marks.
No. of posts: The no. of posts is not specified but if a candidate performs well then he/she will be selected no matter how many have already been selected.
Pay scale: An officer will be given an initial pay scale of Rs15600-39100 + a grade pay of Rs5400 + a military pay of Rs6000 + other usual allowances.
Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for a SSB interview in front of the selection board. After getting selected a candidate will have to undergo a medical exam.
How to apply: The candidates have to apply as per the application format given in the advertisement or on the website. The candidates must send the attested copies of their age proof, semester mark sheets and caste certificate. The envelope must be super scribed with “Application for SSC (ATC) JAN 2010 Course, Qualification and Percentage” The applications must be sent to Post Bag No. 04, R.K.Puram PO (main) New Delhi. The applications must be sent by ordinary post.
