Re: Preferable topics to do project work for B.Sc(Mathematics) candidate?
There is not much usefulness if you search the internet and complete your project work. No field in this world can advance in this manner. The real project work is like - you should read the research papers or implementation projects of the past and work upon them to remove the drawbacks and give better citations. However, below is a list of certain project ideas for B.Sc. Mathematics students.
- The kinematics of rolling. (Riemannian geometry/Non-holonomic mechanical systems) - Geometry in very high dimensions. (Convex geometry) - Hodge theory and Electromagnetism. (Algebraic topology/Physics) - Symmetries of differential equations. (Lie groups, Lie algebras/Differential equations) - Riemann surfaces and optical metric. (Riemannian geometry/Optics) - Random walks and diffusion limits (I). (Probability theory/ElementaryGeometry) - Webs and polylogarithms - Failure of von Neumann's inequality. - Statistical analysis for anesthesiology data - Statistical analysis for spatial cognition |
