Sir, I have completed my 12th science in 2016 with 95.2%. I am interested in forensic science. I want B.Sc forensic science admission in top college either it is government or private college. Please tell me which college is better and how to get its admission. Please send me details.

Candidates after completion of 10+2 can pursue B.Sc Forensic Science at Jain University. Eligibility to study the B.Sc Forensic Science at Jain University is a pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as core subjects from PUC / CBSE / ISC or equivalent Board. A candidate who have passed 12th standard in science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) stream from a recognized board, is eligible to apply for B.Sc Forensic Science course.
Procedure to be followed:
>First of all select the college/university from where you want to pursue this course.
>Then check the eligibility criteria of that college/university for the aforesaid course.
>After meeting the eligibility criteria, apply for the admission form.
>Appear for the entrance examination if requires.
>Take admission in the college by producing the required documents and admission fees.

Either of the college is good for your studies as long as you are interested in studying the subject. You will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the prospective college you wish to get admission in and after clearing the examination, you will be allowed admission.

Admission however is not that easy to avail, the examination is quite tough though and I suggest you to be very much prepared in order to be sure of admission.

After having cleared the cut-off, you will have to fill up the application form, by providing the required details asked for and if found authentic and if you do fulfill the criteria, I am sure you will be very much eligible to get admission.

The admission procedure is pretty much similar to any of the other BSc courses.

The basic eligibility criteria is that you should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects. You should have scored a minimum of 45-50% score. The Minimum score varies based on the college/university you want to get into.

If you clear the eligibility criteria, all you need to do is head over to the official website of the college you want to get into and fill up the online application along with all the required documents.

You can also apply offline by visiting the college admin office and procuring the application form from there.

Please note that certain colleges would need you to appear for an entrance exam and will have additional rounds such as Group Discussions and Personal Interview based on which the candidates will be shortlisted.
