No, the Sai Nath University which is located at Jharkhand is not approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). But, it is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC). So, the degree obtained from this university is valid to apply for jobs in India.

Sai Nath University is situated in Jharkhand and offers different courses like engineering, law, hospitality, communication etc. The university is recognized by UGC (University Grant Commission) under the UGC Act 1956, but it is not approved by AICTE.
All the courses completed from this university are enough to get jobs in both private and public sectors. Therefore, there is nothing to worry about as it is recognized by UGC, so you can apply for jobs in India. |
