What is graduation? Do graduation means 12th passed ? I'm really confused with this word kindly do let me know a earliest.

Graduation means it is the action of receiving or conferring an academic degree where students become graduates. There are two types of Graduation courses such as Under-Graduate and Post Graduate courses. All Bachelor's degree courses comes under Under graduation and Master's degree courses comes under Post Graduation. Candidates who have passed 12th standard are not considered as Graduates. Candidates who have completed 12th standard are eligible to pursue Graduation course.

Graduation refers to the degree course studied after 12th or diploma course.
Graduation refers to the bachelor course.
For e.g. B.Tech, B.A., B.Sc, B.Com etc.

Graduation courses are generally of 3 to 4 years.

Graduation definitely doesn't means 12th pass dear. It starts after 12th.
Graduation is specialization course where you take up a particular field and study upon it for up to 3 or 4 years as the case might be, as different graduation courses have different time periods.

You can however, take admission to any graduation course depending upon your educational qualification upto 12th.

Some of the graduation courses are;

> B.Tech

> B.Pharm, etc.

No, 12 standard passed does not mean you are graduated.

Graduation is a 3 or 4 year degree program you do after your 12 standard in any discipline such as BA, BCOM, BE/BTech and BCA.And it's depending upon your stream or field of study. For that you will have to clear qualifying exams for entrance in degree colleges.

Simply the receiving or conferring of an academic degree or diploma is called a graduation.
