I am in 11th standard studying Arts. I want to become a Psychiatrist. Please help me to know that what I should study in Graduation to achieve my aim? Waiting for your reply.

You need to study MBBS and then specialize in psychiatry to become a psychiatrist in India. With arts stream it is not possible for you to get admission in any medical course.

Hence, you are not eligible for this course. You can try courses like B.A Psychology which is a good option for you according to your stream.

Well, if you want to become a Psychiatrist. then you can apply for Bachelor Degree in psychology after completing 12th standard. Those candidates who have completed their 12th standard in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects are eligible. Minimum 50% of marks required to apply for B.Sc in psychology. The admission to the course is based on the entrance exam performance. Once, after completing B.Sc psychology course you can apply for Master Degree in psychology course.
