Master In Computer Application (MCA) is a postgraduate course one can choose to pursue if they have an interest in computer application. This course has a time period of 3 years.
The eligibility criteria to do this course is any graduate after graduation can apply for entrance exam , because many college used to organize entrance exam to take admission in colleges., Those are taking admission through merit list bu applying form in respective college you can admit in the colleges. Yes, distance students are also eligible to pursue MCA course, there is no harm in it if you have completed your graduation in distance mode.
Qualification required to pursue MCA course is that a candidate should have done their BBA, BCA or B.Tech from a recognized University. Moreover candidates who have finished their graduation in Science can also apply, these students must have however studied mathematics as a subject in their +2 level. Candidates must also have to score a minimum of 60% in their graduation and will have to write an entrance examination to pursue the above mentioned course. |

Yes, candidates who have completed their graduation through distance education are eligible to apply for MCA course admission. Some Universities doesn't offers admission to MCA course for candidates who have completed Graduation throgh Distance Mode of Education. To get admission in this course, you should have to appear for the MCA entrance exam, which is conducted in your state. The eligibility criteria may vary from one university to another university, so, try to check eligibility criteria, before applying for any entrance exam.

Yes, distance students are also eligible to pursue MCA course. Some of the reputed colleges where you could try are: DU, Lovely Professional University, AMU, ICFAI, Osmania, VIT....... where you can get quality education and exposure.

hi I'm Gayatri I'm pursuing b.a from ignou and apart from that I'm studying diploma in hardware networking ...I want to do MCA is it will be a good option for me....please suggest I'm totally confused
