Hello friends, my daughter has passed HS under WBCHSE Board with 41 percentage. In Chemistry she got 56 marks. If my daughter get admission in BSc as per criteria of college in General course. Then after one years if she gets 50 percent in Chemistry can be taken admission in Chemistry in Honours? Are there any circular of Calcutta University? What is the present rule position of Calcutta University?

According to the rules of Calcutta University, a student needs to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the Honours subject or in the aggregate of the three elective subjects in order to be eligible for admission to Honours in that subject.
