Then after one years if she gets 50 percent in Chemistry can be taken admission in Chemistry in Honours? Are there any circular of Calcutta University? According to the rules of Calcutta University, a student needs to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the Honours subject or in the aggregate of the three elective subjects in order to be eligible for admission to Honours in that subject.

If your daughter is currently enrolled in the BSc General course and secures 50% marks in Chemistry after one year, she may be eligible for admission to Chemistry Honours if there are seats available and she meets all other eligibility criteria. However, it is important to note that the rules and eligibility criteria for admission to Honours courses may vary from college to college, so it is best to check with the specific college where she is planning to apply for admission.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
