You have to fill up the training application form available at your college. Now write a cover letter in which you have to mention all the details of your internship. Now send the letter along with a resume to the General Manager of the HR department of BHEL. If they accepts your request then you have to submit a NOC from your college and get ready to appear for a written examination followed by personal interview after clearing which you can start your training.
