Being a Civil Engineering student you can apply for internship through your college Training and Placement Cell. Or you may ask your professors or anyone knows people in construction companies. From them get a contact and apply for internship. You can apply for an internship in BHEL. You have to apply through your college to the HR General Manager in BHEL of which you want to do intern. They may call for an interview with basic questions. If selected you will be given training in BHEL.
