You have to visit the official website of ISRO (https://www.isro.gov.in) and check whether the recruitment is going on. If there are vacancies available then you have to fill up the online application form and submit. Now you have to get a permission letter from your college and send it with your resume to the HOD of ISRO. The admin department will call you if your resume gets shortlisted. Now they will guide you completely about what to do next further.
