I am studying Advertising and want to make a career in it. So can you please tell me if there is any internship program under this field?

Yes there is a lot of Internship Program in the field of Advertising.
You need to at first decide what type of Internship you need to avail.
Since you are studying a course on Advertising you need to make sure that you have a NOC from your Institute to be eligible for the Internship.
You need to get the No objection letter from your Institute and once you have that you need to apply for the internship of your choice from the Advertising company of your choice.
You need to write a letter to the Head of the HR Department of that company stating why you want to become an intern of that company.
Once your application is selected you can become an intern of the Advertising Company.
