Which are the Training programs available for B.Tech Mechanical student who has backlog?


Hi,
I'm doing M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Unfortunately I have got backlog in my 6th semester which creates problems while applying for job. So, I am searching for some Training program which hide my this backlog or through which I can get further growth.
