What is the procedure followed for doing internship on VLSI designing in IISC?

I'm doing MTech. How do I get an internship at IISc. ?
I have 72.8% . still do I have a chance? What is the minimum criteria followed for the same? Who can provide me the complete right technical details? Awaiting for the response.
