Respected Sir/Madam, can I know about the procedure of securing admission in IGNOU for studying PhD(Commerce) program? Kindly let me know about the admission procedure for this PhD program of this university.

The admission procedure is as follows;
Applications found suitable for admission will be called for the entrance test.
Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their performance in the written test will be called for interview round
After the interview, offer letters will be send to the selected candidates.
M. Phil holders and NET holders are exempted from writimthe written exam.
