Am I eligible to apply in UGC-NET for Social Work being a Sociology postgraduate?

Respected Sir,
I need to know that I can give UGC-NET for Social Work as I have done M.A. in Sociology? Please tell me am I eligible or not. Thank you!

Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET exam in Social Work.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test. This exam is conducted by UGC.

The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

I have completed my masters in commerce and from computer education but I don't want To apply net exam from this Two subjects.... Am I eligible To apply for net exam from other subject?
