You can get the application forms in the respective university website.
You can download and fill up the application and pay the amount online.

Or you can contact the university and get the application form in hard copy and pay the fees and apply.

These are the two ways to apply for a PhD course or M.Phil course.

Many universities have the eligibility and other details in the website itself like Amity University, Madras University etc.
So you can check all the details in the website itself.
