Can I apply for Ph.D after completion of MCA? How to do that? Can you please guide me with the detailed procedure which we need to follow for the same? Hoping that I will get the reply soon. Thank you.

Yes you can apply for Ph.D if you have got MCA qualification from a recognized University with at least 55% marks. There is relaxation for reserved category candidates and they need only 50% marks in Master's degree. You have to clear exams like NET/SLET/JRF/GATE to become eligible for admission in most of the top Central Government University/Institutes.

In some private and other not so popular Universities you can get admission by appearing for the entrance exam conducted by them. You should take admission in a decent University only so that you can complete your research properly.
